Harlow Museum actually began as a museum of cycles - on the bottom is an 1898 Ariel Quintette, capable of 60mph for pacing track riders (no brakes).

It's great that the hotel offers bikes, but halfway up the climb to the Stelvio Pass, these may not be the most appropriate type.

Hotel Bikes Brakes needed tightening on these two when I tried them the levers went all the way back against the handlebars. Also there were signs asking people to 'refrain' from attaching their bikes to the nearby railings.
