Painted lane across wide, busy car park entrance/exit. Beyond it, the shared path section goes to a toucan crossing towards Custom House Way and link to coastal path.
Shared path section on Container Way. Pavement narrows and has these unusual skinny chicane barriers (thankfully with a decent gap between them). There seems to be space on Tesco's grass verge to possibly widen pavement.

NCN75 goes right through Gourock station, but it doesn't look like anyone is getting in this gate today. A path to the left is really what is needed, allowing access past the station to reach #91054 without dismounting.
NCN75 runs along the footway of Lower Kempock Street, passing a car park exit and a bus stop layby along the way.
A choice of shared-use steps or shared-use pathway on the seafront at Gourock, plus some cycle parking.

The M8 cyclepath crossing NCN75 and the A752 at grade. Signage this way for NCN75 but not straight ahead to Glasgow.
The M8 cyclepath crosses the busy A752 road and A8 sliproad at grade. Why only a flyover for motorists? And no directions facing this way for NCN75 other than a Sustrans sticker.
Brand Street approaching the turn into Harvie Street. But how is anyone meant to know to turn onto the shared footway rather than the carriageway at the junction?
Now that NCN7 has been moved onto the footway at Harvie Street there is a new blind corner problem. Also, why is there a priority crossing at Govan Road and no priority for crossing Brand Street?
The parallel cycle and zebra crossing has now been finished. Go left to turn right. It's also not clear what is and what is not shared use footway.
