The path from Port Dundas Basin leads around the corner of the basin and heads over to Pinkston Road. There is another step-free route (out of shot to the right) which leads to the Sighthill Bridge.

I think that is the bridge that gives Tinkers Bridge it's name on the Grand Union Canal, Milton Keynes

Van and car parking on the (presumably shared use) footway connecting the Craighall Road toucan crossing to the Forth & Clyde Canal at Speirs Wharf. The car is also blocking a dropped kerb (the dropped kerb can be seen better in #188011).

Dropped kerbs have now been installed to assist with cycling around the gate at Speir's Wharf, addressing the issue in #170157.

The resurfacing of the path from the Forth & Clyde Canal to Netherton Road, down the side of the David Lloyd Club only lasts a few metres, but it at least eliminates the step between the existing asphalt and the rest of the path.

The main arc of the new Stockingfield Junction bridge appears to be unofficially open, but the branch to Ruchill still has barriers. The steps provide a direct route option for pedestrians not needing the ramp.

The path from the Forth & Clyde Canal footbridge at Old Farm Road over to Netherton Road is in a very poor condition (still). What doesn't show up in the photograph is the step between the asphalt surface and the washed-out unsealed path.

The sign on the gate says "No Parking" but there is no enforcement. The footway forms the link between the partly installed toucan crossing across Craighall Road and the canal path.

A new canal towpath access point has been created at the Centre81 community centre in Whitecrook. UPDATE: Now open.
