Temporary, I know, but a good demonstration of a lack of understanding (or care). Work being done to move the drop kerb around the corner (which might make sense). Work crew take OUT old drop kerb before finishing new one. Thus no drop kerb to get onto the cyclepath!

The problem that needs fixing here is that work crews need to make sure cyclepaths remain open during work.
