(If I were mayor for a day) I'd punish cyclists in pedestrian areas - says the leader of the Burgos cyclists' campaign - because he wants so many cyclists using proper cycle tracks that drivers on the remaining bits of the road network they have to use would be civil and there'd be no need to infringe on pedestrian-only areas.
