Brooklands Avenue has a shared-use path on it. This is nice for those who don't feel comfortable in a rather narrow, unpleasant road space, but it still has it's issues with poor behaviour from people driving. Here's an example and how you should plan for such an event (and question why people riding should be put in conflict by substandard infra!).
