[Image taken 29.5.23] Scarborough Terrace, junction with Hudson Street, York. This vehicle has been here a few times when I've walked and cycled this route. For pedestrians the dropped kerb is obstructed. For all path and road users the sight lines are blocked. Families walk along here, our neighbours with mobility problems wheel/roll their walking aids along here, visitors and residents push buggies, and roll wheeled luggage and shopping bags along here, locals walk their dogs along here.
