[End June 2023: I saw the signs were facing the right way.] [UPDATE: 1.6.23 Reply from CYC "We’re currently coordinating resources so we can schedule the necessary works; in the meantime we thank you for your patience in this matter."] [Image taken 27.5.23] Wellington Row/North Street, junction with Tanner Row, York. These signs regularly face the wrong way. Are they hit by vehicles? Or is it vandalism? They are important for the safety of people using the contra flow cycle lane. And perhaps sometimes also help keep that route clear of parking/delivering drivers by alerting them that there is a cycle lane on that side of the street. Other image today and links: #194408.
