[Image taken 17.5.23] Tadcaster Road, York. The road works-related signage means this Sheffield (outside a parade of shops and a takeaway) cannot be used. Is this a problem of lack of care? Lack of understanding? Lack of training?
Someone came out of one of the shops to ask why I was taking a photo. I explained and said I was going to send it to CYC. The man said: 'But it was the council that put the signs up. I call them the Clowncil. They're useless.' I said: 'I think it's a problem with training.'
I'll report it and hope staff who put out the signs can be better trained...
