[Image taken 14.5.23] Monks Cross retail park, Huntington / York. The standard setting cycle circuit (search on that term for ongoing issues of obstruction) is again compromised... 1. The cone is not needed and is not only unsightly clutter but also a hazard as it will move around. This may be by design - people picking it up and moving it; by accident - drivers encroaching on the path; or due to wind knocking it over. 2. The ice cream van (is it diesel as has previously been the case here?) is completely blocking the sight lines. Other image today and links: #193937.
