[Image taken 6.5.23] Northern Rail train, York rail station, York. NOTE: No street view at this location] The second arm rest cannot be tipped up. (Closeup: #193824. Compare with: #196165.) This makes manoeuvring the cycle in and out more tricky than it need be. I also had to remove my pannier respite there being no other cycles/people wanting to put a cycle in this space.
