[Image taken 26.4.23] Tower Gardens (looking towards Tower Street and beyond it Clifford's Tower, York. [NOTE: No street view at this location] The green - commercial use - refuse container is obstructing the link between the cycle-ped route visible in the image and Tower Street. It's a very well used route as is the pavement that crosses it... on which the sight lines are already inadequate.
