[Image taken 8.4.23] York Minster Refectory, Deangate, York. [NOTE: No street view at this location] The Sheffield racks (cycle parking) are close to the entrance to the grounds of the Minster Refectory and to the outside eating area for that restaurant and to its entrance. They are easy to find. However if someone were to use the nearest rack it would significantly narrow the route to/from the racks (see: #192840.) I think it needs to come out and the rack nearest to it marked for disabled/family cycle parking (see: #170171). Other image here today and links: #192818.
