[Image taken 3.4.23] Rowntree Park, off Terry Avenue, York. These Sheffield racks are unusable - they are too close to the perpendicular structure. You can't wheel a cycle in far enough for it to be supported by the stand (see: #192841). Good practice to provide cycle parking at the entrance to a park. And to protect it with bollards. (Though the latter likely don't meet current standards because they do not have reflectors.) But these four need to be repositioned. Other image here today #192651. Other image today: #192648.
