[Image taken 22.2.23] Former Bootham Hospital Grounds junction with Bootham, York. The lights are red for people in cycles. But the driver who crossed from St Mary's opposite cannot clear the junction: drivers crossed into the box and are either held by the lights being red or by queuing vehicles ahead of them. I want to return in the evening peak as I think this junction will be impassable on some green cycles. Context and links: #191333.
