Make it one way. So traffic can enter Old Quarry road from the pinned location, but not drive on to King weston avenue from Old Quarry road, from pinned location. Problem is that during high traffic periods, individuals bypass Kings weston avenue using Old Quarry road, making the traffic worse on Kings weston avenue.
