[Image taken 7.2.23] Royale Spice, Horner Street, junction with Burton Stone Lane, York. View of the upstand from this side. There's not much (not enough?) room for a mobility scooter, wheelchair or someone with a buggy to cross and turn without making contact with the upstand. The access cover adds to the difficulties - it's not flush with the pavement surface. Context and links: #190863.
