[NOTE: No street view at this location] Surface flooding makes getting to/from/through the gap between Railway Walk and the car park difficult without getting wet feet. The surface water at the EV recharging bay could mean people don’t use it: reducing the number available. Note the cabinet door is open too. Other image today and links: #188964.
