[Image taken 3.11.22] Blake Street, York. It looks as if the trike rider arrived after the cycle to the left had been parked. It looks as if the trike is trapping the blue cycle. If that person has mobility issues and can't lift the cycle and/or shunt it as many times it takes to get out, that's a further problem. Context: #187454
