It’s a long way to the cycle parking. You may be carrying children or accompanying them or other vulnerable companions. You may have bulky cycle bags with you. As well. Across a car park. Plus the tarmac in front of the Screfix entrance all given over to motor vehicle parking. There’s no protected space for people to get to/from the entrance. There’s no protected route to/from the cycle parking. There’s no protection for anyone crossing the vast desert of tarmac (now) that may be full in future and used by drivers in a hurry… Plus, would you even find the cycle parking?
