[Image taken 22.10.22] Monks Cross Retail Park, Monks Cross, Huntington/York. Context: #185426. This driver told me: he had broken down and was waiting for help, that he couldn’t move his vehicle off the ‘cycle circuit’ because he was "disabled". He also declined my offer to help. As I was locking up my cycle, a woman appeared, jumped in and off they drove… into the car parking area not out of the site. I didn't speak to the driver of the second vehicle using the cycle track as car parking. Other images today and links: #187024.
