[Image taken 12.10.22] Deangate, York. In 2022, CYC agreed a change to the terms of the Tier hire e-cycles (see: #185003, scheme overview: #164663). They can now be left at public cycle parking. But I see some flyparked or, as here are close to, but not in the racks. This one creates a hazard for all users of this area. Other issues I’ve noted: they obstruct access to cycle parking but without using it: #185773. Or fill racks: #186098. Other images today: #186619, #186620. Also: two bikes on trains images taken for me by a friend: #186621, #186622.
