[Image taken 11.10.22] Duncombe Place junction with Minster Yard, York. Another day, another driver (and companion) obstructing the bollards and making it less attractive, easy or safe to move around on cycles, foot, in a wheelchair... Both people got out and walked away leaving the vehicle empty... I did a count here in 2021 to show the importance of such 'permeable to designated modes of users'... #173127. Just a few examples of drivers obstructing bollards or other infra intended to confer a benefit and/or increase the safety of use by non-motorised users: #186047, #186439, #186175, #185878, #185804, #196559.
