[Later image of a trailer in the opposite direction: #186101.] [Image taken 19.8.22] Terry Avenue (behind), near junction of Butcher Terrace (right), Millennium Bridge (ahead), York. [NOTE: No street view at this location.] New bollards. They add in difficulty not safety for all non motorised users. I do not believe they need to be permanent. They should be removeable and only put in if it is considered a motorist can access this route during an event, for example. They also do not have reflective detail. This route is open 24/7. It can be dark during bad weather even during daylight hours. I'll re-request these are removed/changed. (Reply see: #186101. Subsequent requests including for reflectors have gone unanswered.) Other image here today and links: #185663. Another new set of bollards: #185665, #185666, #185667.
