[NOTE No street view at this location.] Context and links to other images elsewhere today: #183671. The vehicle is on the mini roundabout and approaching the pedestrian/cycle crossing. The driver can't see the non motorised-user route that leads to the crossing let alone anyone approaching on it. Ditto the cyclists/pedestrians/wheelchair users, etc on this traffic-free link.
