[Image taken 22.6.22] Monks Cross retail park, Monks Cross, Huntington/York. In addition to the Greggs, there is now also a Cooplands (cooplands-bakery.co.uk/) here. By its appearance this area is for pedestrians. It has become de facto parking. The car had a driver who remained in the vehicle, with the engine running, while the other person ran out with a Deliveroo-branded food carrying bag presumably to one of the cafes. I didn't see the motorcycle driver. This is an additional problem for pedestrians and cyclists here. The previous one was obstructing the cycle circuit, see: #157146. I note the bins have been moved from the other side of the bollards to here. To try to reduce unauthorised parking? Other image today: #183234.
