No sooner had the van driver driven off from his position in the University Avenue cycle lane (see #182578), than a taxi driver came and parked there instead. The coach is parked on the other side of the road, where there is no cycle lane.

The cycle lane is marked only by red chips in the asphalt. A 'cycles only' sign has been installed (like as in #182570), as has a 20mph repeater sign which here is covered with a transparent cover.
