[Image taken 13.5.22] Bootham Bar/High Petergate, York. This delivery driver is obstructing the bollards that keep the route open to people on cycles and possibly also mobility scooter and wheelchair users as the pavements are narrow. There is a space where the person in blue is standing that I see other drivers use for short stays. Compare with the good practice in: #182115. Other image this issue: #183399.
