[Image taken on 9.5.22] Gillygate, York. By obstructing the ASL this driver prevents people on cycles from the original reasons for installing them: being visible and being ahead of the pollution. At this junction, if you arrive to find the ASL blocked you cannot proceed on the 'early green' phase of the lower level cycle-specific lights. Other images here today and links: #182514.
