[Image taken on 9.4.22] St Andrewgate, York. Two vehicles either side of the filtered permeability bollards. (One visible in the far right of the image illustrating some of the Aldwark diversion and issues: #181627.) There were blue badges on the dashboards of both. The drivers have left space such that the route remains open (permeable) to people on cycles, foot, scooters and wheelchairs.
