[Image taken 26.1.22] West Esplanade/Esplanade car park, York. [Note: No street view at this location.] Despite the bollards at the nearest access being (almost all) back in situ (see: #177552), you can still get here in a motor vehicle from Tanner’s Moat. CYC says fencing will be installed. More measures that will cost money and, being defensive, will detract from the appearance of the public space (see also: #177856) and, here, the relatively natural aspect.
