These triangular panels do not fit correctly and are each only held in place by two bolts, whereas there are holes for four.

I asked a pair of men in hi-viz about this and one of them said his team had added the cable ties in the other holes.

That seems very bizarre to me as these are heavy steel panels which can surely overcome the flimsy cable ties.

The missing holes were visible over a year ago in November 2020, see #154627.
