[Image taken 13.11.21] Railway Walk, Marygate car park, York. [NOTE: No streetview at this location.] This junction – used by people on foot, on cycles, on scooters, in wheelchairs - is unlit after dark. It is very narrow and hugely oversubscribed. No light reaches it from the provision nearby: #175867, #175871, #175872. An email from CYC dated 27.10.21 says:
"Unfortunately, we do not have funding for additional lighting at this time. I must therefore recommend you contact your local councillor and discuss the possibility of using ward funding for this work if you wish to take this further."
