A van parked in the Lancefield Quay armadillo-protected cycle lane, forcing cyclists to choose between going out into the road to pass, or to mount the footway. Even in fairly light traffic conditions, some chose the latter. The parking ticket machine and associated signage should not remain in place at this mandatory cycle lane.
