[Image taken 21.6.21] Monkgate, York. Cyclists must dismount but staff in cars (also patients/visitors in taxis) can drive into the site and park. And this is a health facility. Part of the NHS. The message given by the signs and the decision on who can access the site and how is all wrong. Other images this issue today see: #170530 and links
