[UPDATE: The floodgates have been replaced. The route re-opened 19.11.21] [Image taken 25.3.21] Esplanade car park, York, direction of Leeman Road-Station Rise. This is the proposed diversion - for all ages, all levels of fitness of rider, designs of cycle, for the four months during which the floodgates under Lendal Bridge will be replaced. The upstands are 3.5cm high. I was around 10m from the rider as he went through. But I heard his wheels hit them. See also: #166252, #166177, #165865
