[Image taken 19.3.21] No Entry roundel and Except Cycles sign in the direction of Rougier Street from Tanner's Moat, York. Perhaps the most critical element for the permeability of the cycle network in the city. Despite the clear signage it's misused by drivers and motorcyclists. See also: #166027
