[Image taken 3.3.21] At Tanner Row, near junction with Rougier Street, York, there are parked vehicles. This reduces the width of the carriageway and means drivers use the advisory contraflow cycle lane often even when there is a person on a cycle in it. There's no space next to the Sheffields for longer vehicles or trailers and no step-free access to/from the cycle parking. There's a lot of clutter which makes access to and from the Sheffields even more difficult. For all related issues and images see: #164846
