[Image taken 3.3.21] At Tanner Row, near junction with Rougier Street, York, there's no step-free access to/from the cycle parking. But also no 'escape route' for when drivers use the advisory contraflow cycle lane despite someone on a cycle already using it. For all related issues and images see: #164846
