This is where the driver of this van and trailer decided to stop and have a phone call. Completely blocking the cyclepath and pavement. I had to stop and ask, then shout "hello" as he wasn't paying any attention to other traffic. Why not stop 10m either way? t.co/e9l5BbLZiG
