UPDATE 6/11/19 ref: P19/4196 from MFT Taking your concern on-board we will therefore seek to identify a suitable location closer to the Nightingale Centre where Sheffield Hoops can be installed. UPDATE 22/10 Email to pals@mft.nhs.uk ...... amazed to find out there is no cycle parking near to this new building despite the 100+ car parking places.
I was able to park my bike to the railings of the mobile unit. However I think you will agree this is far from satisfactory.
Can you confirm who is responsible for the site management of this centre ?
Would you consider providing cycle stands near to the entrance and/or on the redundant car spaces next to the mobile unit ?........
Manchester Wythenshawe Hospital new Nightingdale Centre dealing with and preventing Breast Cancer . The nearest parking is a long walk on the other side of the main road near the main hospital. Whereas there is a 100 + car parking places (probably the cause of the significant congestion on Southmoor Rd. Despite many miles cycled for this Breast Cancer .breastcancernow.org/get-involved/sports-adventure/charity-bike-rides see also #111490 #111489 #111507
